  An honors graduate of the University of Michigan, Dearborn, Mr. Speck obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry in 1983.  He thereafter completed legal doctoral studies at the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1986, graduating cum laude while a member of law review.
