Mr. Brittain graduated from Michigan State University earning a Bachelor of Arts degree.  He received his law degree from the Detroit College of Law in 1978.  He attended James Madison College where he studied justice morality and constitutional democracy.  Mr. Brittain served as Special Assistant Wayne County Prosecuting Attorney from 1976 to 1979.  Mr. Brittain has argued many high profile cases over the years.  One of his many accomplishments,  he was able to successfully supress datamaster results in D.U.I. trials, on the basis that they were unreliable and inaccurate.
