Marke Gilbert is a graduate of Ave Maria School of Law. He is licensed to practice in all Michigan State Courts and the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Michigan.

Mr. Gilbert holds a Bachelors Degree from Oakland University, and a Masters Degree from Wayne State University in addition to his Juris Doctor degree from Ave Maria. He is the former Director of the Michigan Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts, and regularly lectures at universities and organizations on topics including Art Law, Intellectual Property, and Copyright.

Mr. Gilbert is the author of published works on the topics of Art Law and First Amendment issues.
